The 9" x 2" Ultimate Round Pan is your classic pan to create delicious cakes and other desserts. The pan can fit most toaster ovens as well as conventional ovens.
The pan is made from carbon steel and is a heavier weight pan. (0.8mm). The pan has two non-stick coating layers that make it both durable and easy to clean. The ceramic non-stick coating is PFOS Free, PFOA Free, PTFE Free, Cadmium Free and Lead Free.
For best performance and long life, we recommend the pan be hand washed and hand dried. Please do not put this pan in the dishwasher.
