Ayurdala yoga mats are handwoven with 100% ethical natural raw cotton fiber which is medicinally dyed with natural plant dyes designed with anti-skid ribs and an anti-slip coat of natural rubber on the back that is suitable for Hot Yoga, Ashtanga, Bikram, or Vinyasa meditation sessions, and other exercises. These sweat-absorbent yoga mats are much better and last longer than synthetic or chemical dyed. They also do not contain any microfibers that pollute the ecosystem. *Organic*: Our hand-woven mats are made out of natural organic cotton fibers which are easily biodegradable and do not harm any human & the environment. Know that all the materials used in this mat are natural, biodegradable, eco-friendly, and sustainable. *Natural dying*: Our yoga mats are dyed with a blend of natural plants and herbs based on ayurvedic principles with therapeutical benefits. At the dying process, we use about 40-50 natural herbs that are available in the nearby forest and local market. Herbal dying eliminates the impact of polluting our ecosystem through its various stages of manufacturing, using, and washing. Ayurveda, herbal dying, and yoga are the ancient traditional activities performed by our ancestors, which have been revamped through Ayurdala with a desire to promote natural materials that enhance the human immune system and ecosystem. *Anti-Skid*: Even though the cotton mats provide more grip the more you sweat, our unisex yoga mat is weaved with a ribbed design for extra traction on the hands and legs for your advanced yoga sessions. The mats are coated with natural tree rubber on the bottom which provides a superior grip on any kind of floor. Our natural dyed mats have antimicrobial properties that reduce the sweat odor during and after practice. *Length*: Ayurdala yoga mats are weaved with a Dimension of 75”x 28” which is long and wider enough and a thickness of 4-5mm which weighs 1.4 kilograms.
