These panels are mounted onto plastic to help keep the balloon's shape as they are attached to two hubs and spin on a center axle for added stability. • Featuring a hub and axel construction and added washers to help the balloon spin smoothly without added pressure from the more bulbous design. Dual swivels attached to the heavy-duty clip for easy hanging and motion.
• Measures 12.5 inches wide by 19 inches high with a fixed eyelet below the plastic "basket" for adding a tail (sold separately)
• EASY ASSEMBLY! We recommend using a high-strength glue (not included) and gluing the spokes into the hubs in high-wind areas.
