The Korsteel Stainless Steel Twisted Copper Mouth Dr Bristol Full Cheek Bit is a strong double jointed bit with a flat lozenge. The stainless steel full cheeks are narrow arms which project above and below the rings preventing the mouthpiece from sliding in the horse's mouth and emphasizing the turning aid. The copper mouthpiece encourages salivation which helps keep the mouth soft and supple, while the slow twist design creates distinct pressure on the corners of the mouth and the flat lozenge center piece is set at an angle and therefore causes a sharper more pronounced pressure on the tongue.
