This Piston Kit Compatible with Yamaha will fit all 800cc All Models Power Valve Motor (Platinum Series) 2 Cylinder 79.90mm STD Bore. Kit comes complete with all parts needed to replace one piston (2 required per motor). Fit Models: GP - 1998-2002 XL - 2000-2001 GP-R - 1200cc - 2000-2002 XL LTD - 1200cc - 1999-2000 XLT - 1200cc - 2001-2005 XR 1800 - 1200cc - 2000-2001 Piston Sizes: 010-829PK - STD. 79.90mm 010-829-04PK - 0.25mm (80.15mm) 010-829-05PK - 0.50mm (80.40mm) 010-829-06PK - 0.75mm (80.65mm) 010-829-07PK - 1.00mm (80.90mm) Please Note: STD bore is a direct fit and does not need boring, a light hone to break the glaze is fine for seating the new rings. However, if there is damage or excessive wear to your cylinder, (Check factory spec clearances below) then your cylinder will need to be bored oversize and you will need to purchase the correct oversize that will remove all scoring in the sleeve.
